Mr. Rupak Dayal

A man of strong conviction with positive attitude. After his education at Bihar National College and P.G. Department of Labour and Social Welfare, Patna University, Rupak Dayal joined TataSteel on 17th February, 1978, rising steadily up the ranks - from Assistant Personnel Officer at Jamshedpur Steel Works to Director Personnel in the Board of Western Coalfields Limited, Nagpur (A Government of India Undertaking). He also worked for companies like Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited at its Assam Unit and Mazagon Dock Limited  (Shipbuilders to the Nation), Mumbai. He also held additional charge of Director Finance in the Western Coalfields Limited from Sept. 07, 2013 to June 30, 2015. 

With more than 40 years of rich experiences in the field of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility and Administration, he has an unique blend of expertise of working in TataSteel as well as in Central Public Sector Undertakings. His approach for bringing attitudinal changes directed towards new work culture and improved performance for executives of various companies was key to his success.

Shri Dayal had honour at the hands of Hon’ble Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam, Former President of Indian Republic on 29th July 2014 at Nagpur in recognition of his outstanding achievements. He was awarded “Global HR Excellence Award” conferred at “World HRD Congress” and “HR Leadership Award” during “Asia Pacific HRM Congress in 2012 and 2013 consecutively. He was chosen among the “30 Most Talented HR Leaders” of PSEs conferred at “World HRD Congress”

Mr. Harish Chander Tewari

With more than 24 years of experience, Harish Chander Tewari has earned profound reputation in India and many overseas countries as a highly talented and successful Agriculture and Horticulture Consultant. Holding a Master of Science degree in Agriculture, International Diploma (Agriculture Research for Development) from ICRA, Wageningen, The Netherlands, he has tremendous knowledge and experience in his domain.

In the journey of his unsurpassed professional career, he had worked with several challenging -projects of the State Government of Uttrakhand, India and other reputed organizations in India. He has also completed various research based projects and attended many training-based courses in countries like China, Sweden and Indonesia. At Present Harish is working as a Consultant Technical Services (Agri–Horti) of Integrated Livelihood Support Project of Govt of Uttrakhand State,India. His other projects include a Capacity Building Project for Water Users Association WUAs of M.P. Government and Water Sources Restructuring Project, Organic off Season Organic Vegetable Production Project for SC and ST women in Champawat District of Uttrakhand State. He is also actively associated with other rural development projects and activities.

Harish is selected as the Advisory Member of TGG Foundation Charitable Trust. He has proficiency to work with new challenges and dig success using his long-term experience, technical expertise and visionary power. He is a business specialist as well as a technical specialist to overcome any complexity in the field of agriculture and horticulture. Under his proficient guidance, TGG has found new direction to accomplish its desirable objectives.
