The TGG Grant is designed to promote employability and entrepreneurship by fostering critical skills in Research, Development, and Sales, tailored to the individual interests of each participant.

The grant is utilized to support a wide range of capacity-building initiatives, including:

  1. Upskilling Training (Third party)
  2. Vocational Training (Third party)
  3. Rupak Dayal Fellowship- Sustainability Research and Research & Outreach Program
  4. Procurement of Tools & Hand Machines
  5. Research Equipment
  6. Product development
  7. Field & Site Visits

Through these initiatives, the TGG Grant serves as a catalyst for entrepreneurship skill development for youths.

ONGOING TGG GRANT PROJECTS

#ONEWORLD – RESEARCH & OUTREACH PROGRAM / FUNDRAISING / TRAINING

The TGG Foundation’s two-month Research and outreach bridges academic insight and real-world impact through immersive, remote experiential learning. Tailored for undergraduates and recent graduates, the program integrates grassroots outreach, entrepreneurial ideation, and advanced research. In Month 1, participants identify socially relevant project based on their interest and through exploratory research and community engagement. In Month 2, they receive expert mentorship and specialised training to develop practical implementation frameworks or dynamic training modules.
Your donation fuels expert-led training, fundraising expenses, fellowships for standout researchers, and tech tools that elevate research impact, empowering young changemakers to transform ideas into action.


BRIDGING THE GAP FOR UNDGERGRADUATE STUDENTS WITHIN THE AGE GROUP OF 20-24

TGG Foundation’s Bridging-the-Gap is a Research Incubator bridges academic insight and real-world impact through immersive, hands-on learning. Specially designed for individuals aged 20–24 who seek to boost their career readiness or become eco-entrepreneurs. Spanning 30 to 60 days, the program equips participants with essential life skills: technology use including AI, responsible social media behavior, work ethics, cooking, farming, and more—while instilling core values and a growth mindset. Through hands-on learning and open discussions, it promotes personal development and an understanding of sustainable living. Undergraduate/Graduates can continue their journey with TGG through the Global Youth Alliance to stay connected and inspired. It’s a launchpad for those eager to shape a purposeful and sustainable future.

GLOBAL CITIZEN ONSITE ENGAGEMENT OF PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGE GROUP OF 25 TO 65

The TGG Foundation’s Global Citizen Program empowers individuals aged 25–65 to respond to global challenges with purpose and resilience. Grounded in sustainable living and ethical values, it promotes minimalism, skill-building, and community-driven action. Through immersive, hands-on experiences, participants develop eco-conscious projects, embrace local cultures, and cultivate leadership. The program nurtures changemakers who embody sustainability, independence, and compassion—proving that purposeful individuals can spark meaningful change in an interconnected world.
