At the heart of TGG Foundation’s transformative initiatives lies a dual-pathway program that empowers youth to become ethical innovators, regenerative thinkers, and self-reliant changemakers. By weaving together, the Sustainability Research Program and the Research & Outreach Program, we offer a journey that begins with inquiry and culminates in income, anchored in dignity, ecological harmony, and collective wisdom.
OUR TRIBUTE
The Rupak Dayal Fellowship, offered by the TGG Foundation, is a living tribute to Rupak Dayal Ji—a visionary leader whose career spanned nearly four decades across both private and public sectors. His journey began at Tata Steel, where he laid the foundation for HR and IR principles, and evolved through pivotal roles at Hindustan Paper Corporation, Mazagon Dock Ltd, and Western Coalfields Ltd, where he served at the board level in both Personnel and Finance.
From 2017 until his last day on April 10, 2020, Rupak Ji served as an Advisory Member and Ethics Committee guide at TGG Foundation. His wisdom shaped the inaugural National Conclave on Sustainable Rural Development, and his presence was a beacon of clarity, compassion, and ethical leadership. We lost him during the COVID pandemic in April 2020, but his spirit continues to guide us.
This fellowship is dedicated to him—with gratitude for his selfless service and in celebration of the values he embodied.
The Rupak Dayal Fellowship focuses on key research areas that contribute to sustainable development and social impact. Here’s how these fields align with the fellowship’s vision:
